Immersive Travel Briefings was founded on a personal need (impacts health or well-being). This personal need eventually evolved into a business venture. Many successful companies have followed a similar trajectory, beginning as solutions to personal challenges. By addressing our own needs, we inadvertently created a product or service that could benefit others.
Immersive Travel Briefings are inspired by CIA and MI6 themed movies and espionage TV thrillers such as Alias, Covert Affairs, and Jack Ryan. I’m a big fan of the genre; and while clicking through endless online tour/travel guides “mission briefings” suddenly occurred to me. Mission briefings are a concise summary of essential information an agent needs to quickly understand and remember in order to navigate complex and dangerous situations, ensuring success of their mission while minimizing risk. We often see mission briefings being handed to an agent just as they’re boarding a plane to a foreign country. Are there such briefings available for the common world traveler (mission: explore the globe)? Well, now there is!
