◾Priority orders: This means that the order is expected to be produced and delivered more quickly than usual. Priority orders are often placed when the customer needs the product urgently and is willing to pay a premium for expedited delivery.
◾Non-custom orders: Priority orders are “non-custom”. This means that they do not require any significant changes to the product or production process, and can be resold to the public without any additional modifications.
◾Custom Orders: Currently not available | County-specific information like visas, entry requirements, emergency contact information, and currency exchange rates are gathered with U.S. passport holders in mind. However, most of the information gathered is NOT country-specific and can benefit travelers with other passports.
Priority Order Agreement
1) The Publisher (Carrnell Dixon) is engaged in the business of publishing Immersive Travel Briefings, in eBook file format (ePUB). 2) The Customer desires to receive Immersive Travel Briefings, in eBook file format (ePUB), on a priority basis. 3) Priority orders are “non-custom” and may or may not be resold to the public. 4) The Customer waives all rights and claims to the public work. 5) All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, as previously stated, the parties agree as follows:
1. Services.
The Publisher agrees to publish Immersive Travel Briefings (an ePUB), to the email address that’s provided by the Customer when ordering, within 5 business days from the date and time of order.
2. Priority Order Fee.
The Customer agrees to pay a priority order fee of $199.00 (USD) to the Publisher. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Acceptance.
The Customer agrees to accept email delivery of Immersive Travel Briefings (an ePUB), on or before the date specified in Section 1.
4. Default.
If the Publisher fails to meet the deadlines specified in Section 1, the Customer may terminate this Agreement and receive a full refund of the priority order fee.
5. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
6. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
